About me

I am a PhD student in the School of Earth and Sustainability at Northern Arizona University. I study the marine Ni cycle, past and present, through Ni stable isotope geochemistry and experimental work. Before pursuing my PhD, I was a post college appointee in the Nuclear and Chemical Sciences Division at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. I earned my BA in biochemistry from Barnard College. When I’m not thinking about Ni or metal stable isotope chemistry, I love to knit, play video games, and hike on the beautiful trails around Flagstaff! In the future, I hope to explore the applications of non-traditional stable isotopes across fields and disciplines.
